How do you pack a FlatBox lunch bag?

  1. Start with flat bag
  2. Hold one of the tabs at bottom of bag with one hand and pull up zipper
  3. Pull up two sides of bag only and pack your lunch
  4. Once lunch is packed zip up the third and fourth zipper and it is ready to go

Where can I use my FlatBox lunch bag?

The FlatBox lunch bag is lightweight and available in a variety of sizes and colors and can be used by anyone, anytime, and are ideal for school, work, for travel, picnics, for any place.

How do I wash and dry my FlatBox lunch bag?

The FlatBox is very simple to wash. Just unzip the four sides and toss it in the WASHING MACHINE in cold setting with regular detergent. Hang the FlatBox to air dry overnight. DO NOT put it in the DRYER.

How many times can I wash my FlatBox lunch bag?

The FlatBox is made of durable neoprene so you can wash your FlatBox as often as you wish.

How much food can I get in my FlatBox lunch bag?

  • Original:
    Comfortably fits a typical lunch; a sandwich, drink, one or two snacks ie: chips, fruit, yogurt.
  • Plus:
    Plus size is a larger version of the Original size and provides 50% more space than the Original for packing food.
  • FlatBox DrinX:
    Has the same internal space as Plus and in addition has an external bottle holder that will hold most bottles up to 32oz.
  • FlatBox Bento:
    Provides 20% more space than Original size. The base has a rectangular shape to accommodate a wider range of container sizes.

Is my FlatBox lunch bag insulated?

Absolutely! All FlatBox lunch bags have TRIPLE LAYERS of insulation to help your food stay cold or warm, of course Ice Packs can be added to our lunch bags for longer cooling hours

Does FlatBox sell Ice Packs for my lunch bag?

Yes! You must try our ice packs! They come in beautiful bright colors. Dimensions are: 5.5”X5.5”X0.56"

How does the lunch bag convert to a placemat?

The FlatBox easily converts to a placemat. Just unzip the four sides and your meal is immediately served on a clean placemat, and your food and your hands stay far away from germs and bacteria.

Can children use this product easily?

Yes, they can. Easy to unzip to a placemat, easy to zip up if you hold the tab while zipping.

Is your product always germ and bacteria free?

For FlatBox to remain germ free, the bag must be machine washed on a regular basis

How do we store these lunch bags?

No more bulky bags taking up the space in your cabinets! You can unzip your FlatBox and fold it to store in any of your cabinet or drawer. You can fit multiple FlatBoxes in a single kitchen drawer! Now that's a space saver!

Has my order shipped?

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

How do I track my order?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

My order never arrived.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

An item is missing from my shipment.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
